How you receive what you buy

After Razorpay confirms a payment, Skewcheck shows your access key on screen, usually within a few seconds, and saves it in your browser. A Report key unlocks every finding for one project (the audit it was bought for and up to four more pages on the same site), their re-checks and a client link. Re-checks work for 30 days; the report and client link stay readable for a year. A Studio key unlocks all audits and white-label printing while the subscription is active. Razorpay emails a receipt to the address you gave at checkout.

Migration Repair (service)

Migration Repair is a service delivered online. The free redirect map for your top 10 traffic pages is emailed within 48 hours of receiving the old and new URLs. Once you pay, we email the full redirect map within 2 business days for you to approve. We then send the import file, or import the redirects with editor access you give us, and email the live-check results at launch and 7 days later with the client record (link and PDF). Nothing is shipped.

If the key does not appear

Occasionally a payment takes a few minutes to confirm. If you closed the page or the key did not appear, recover it with the Razorpay payment or subscription ID and the email or phone number you paid with. If that fails, email support@swynq.com with the payment ID and we will send the key or a full refund within two business days.

Skewcheck works anywhere with a modern browser. Prices are shown in Indian rupees for buyers in India and US dollars elsewhere, and you are charged in the currency shown at checkout.
