Straight answers about done-for-you recovery. We do not promise rankings or traffic. The same list is on the homepage.
Do you guarantee my rankings or traffic will come back?
No. Nobody can honestly promise that, because Google decides rankings. What we do promise is narrower and checkable: every old URL in the Done-for-you Recovery map reaches a live, indexable page in one permanent redirect, and we show you the live results. Changes in rankings or traffic are not grounds for a refund, because we do not promise them.
Do you need access to my Webflow, Framer or WordPress account?
Not for the free top-10 redirect map. Email the old and new URLs to hello@swynq.com; that does not need a login. For Done-for-you Recovery you choose: we send you the import file, or you add us as an editor and we put the redirects in. We only add the redirects you approved, and we tell you when to remove our access.
How long does it take?
The free top-10 redirect map arrives within 48 hours of you emailing the old and new URLs to hello@swynq.com. For Done-for-you Recovery, the full map arrives within 2 business days of payment, and we check live at launch and again 7 days later.
Why a fixed price instead of hourly?
You know the cost before you start, and you can say no. Done-for-you Recovery is $500 per site (₹40,000 + GST in India) for the usual 20 to 60 URLs. If your site has more, we quote first.
Where do the old URLs come from?
For Done-for-you Recovery, from the pages that get search traffic. You send the old and new URLs, or a Search Console export, and the map starts from those. We do not estimate traffic we have not been shown.
Can I get a refund?
Done-for-you Recovery (Migration Repair): a full refund if you cancel before we start the redirect map, if we have not sent the full map within 2 business days of payment, or if a redirect we said we would fix still fails after launch and we cannot fix it. Changes in rankings or traffic are not grounds for a refund. Report, bought before 25 October 2026: a full refund if you email support@swynq.com within 7 days of payment with the Razorpay payment ID. The Report is no longer sold. Studio, existing subscriptions: cancel any time on /studio or by emailing support@swynq.com. The key keeps working until the end of the month already paid for. Part-months are not refunded. Studio is closed to new subscribers. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Full details are on /refunds.
